I’m Tamara Weaver.

After my own pregnancy/infant loss experience, I experienced intense feelings of loneliness and confusion - and it felt like finding a good therapist was an impossible task. Knowing exactly what maternal mental health challenges myself and other mothers have faced, I decided to focus my attention on my healing journey, research and growth in order to help others during these hard times.

My personal experiences allow me to relate to clients on a deeper level, with lived and clinical understanding of recovery and Post-Traumatic Growth over the last 20 years.

I utilize a variety of modalities with clients including CBT, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy.

Reconnect to yourself by achieving optimal wholeness and wellness.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with my certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and as a mother myself, I know it can oftentimes feel like you're drowning in life. That feeling can be relieved by asking for help. I'm here to offer you a listening ear and a helping hand when it comes to the struggles of loss, infertility, and parenthood. Not only can we make positive changes to improve your quality of life, but together, we can work to achieve optimal wholeness and wellness from the inside out.

I graduated with my Master’s in social work from Loma Linda University in 2006 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2009. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.

LSCW, PMH-C licensed in both Arizona, California and Nevada.
